Can I return an order to you if I have changed my mind? At Ekita Café, we have the right to make mistakes! This is why you have the right to return an order to us 14 days after receipt. How do I return your order to Ekita Café? In order to return an order in part or in full, we ask you to use the withdrawal form. By contacting us via this form, you will get a return number to make a secure and perfectly refunded return. 1) It is essential to obtain a return number before sending us all or part of an order. 2) Keep all original and transport packaging for safe return. 3) Insert a photocopy of your Ekita Café invoice with the mention 'return number: xxxx' in the package. 4) Choose a method of return to a trusted carrier with insurance that covers the loss of the amount of the returned products. 5) If the nature, condition and quantities of the products returned match your return declaration then you will be refunded within 14 days directly to your bank account (usually less than a week). 6) Ground coffee cannot be the subject of a refund request because it is custom-made with each new order. Who pays for the return shipping costs? a) Return shipping costs are at our expense in the following cases: -for an error in order preparation-a defective product or a breakdown during unpacking b) Return shipping costs are at your expense in the following cases: -if the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete and prevents delivery -if you have not picked up your order at the collection point within the given time-if the product does not suit you (in this case a contribution of 5€ including VAT will be deducted from the amount of the order which must be reimbursed to you) The outward transport costs are not refunded. However, the return costs are reimbursed on the basis of the cost of a normal delivery with our So Colissimo La Poste or Ici Relais services. A delivery requiring a special service (express such as Chronopost) at a higher price will be subject to a discount at the time of refund.
